This tour guides you by riverboat along the Chao Phraya River to the must see monuments of Bangkok:
The day begins at 8:30 AM met at your lodgings, from where we make our way to the Chao Phraya Pier.
Around 9:15 we’ll arrive at the pier and take a river boat up the Chao Phraya River past the great monuments of central Bangkok.
At around 10:15 we’ll arrive at Bangkok’s Grand Palace Complex and visit Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha and Thailand’s most sacred relic.
Around 11:30 we’ll arrive at Wat Pho, the Temple of the Reclining Buddha with over 150 foot long golden reclining Buddha statue, the largest in Thailand.
After Wat Pho we will have a traditional Thai lunch of pad Thai and Thai tea overlooking the Chao Phraya River.
At about 1:30 PM we will cross the Chao Phraya and visit Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, whose colourfully decorated spires stand majestically over the water.
The tour concludes after visiting Wat Arun at about 2:30 PM.
